About The Farm
RKI Farm is part of Raos Kopi Indonesia, a producer network based in West Java and working with more than 399 coffee farmers across Indonesia. Founded in 2011, the company combines local farming knowledge with professional processing, quality control and direct export capabilities.
The farm is located in the Java Preanger region at elevations between 1,500 and 1,750 metres above sea level. Its portfolio includes Arabica, Robusta and Liberica coffees, with varieties such as Bourbon, Catimor, S795, Typica, Timor Hybrid and Caturra.
RKI Farm works with a broad range of processing methods, including washed, semi-washed, natural, honey, wet-hulled and experimental processes. Depending on the lot, traditional, anaerobic, carbonic maceration and extended fermentation techniques are applied to develop distinctive flavour profiles and consistently high-quality coffees. Selected lots achieve cupping scores of up to 87 points.
Coffee cherries are harvested by hand, with selective picking used for quality-focused lots. Harvest periods generally take place from May to August and again in November and December. Coffees are available as microlots, small lots, estate lots and container volumes.
Through its own dry mill and export operation in Jakarta, Raos Kopi Indonesia manages quality control, sorting and screening, export documentation, logistics coordination and selected financing services. This integrated structure enables the company to offer traceable Indonesian coffees directly from origin to international buyers.
RKI Farm is committed to regenerative farming, direct trade and organically oriented cultivation without formal certification. Its operations also incorporate full shade-grown coffee production, water treatment systems and solar energy.
