Guatemala – Antigua
About The Farm
Finca San Agustín – Volcano Coffee is located in Antigua Guatemala, one of Guatemala’s most prestigious coffee regions, known for volcanic soils, high altitudes and excellent cup quality. The farm sits at 1,630–1,830 m.a.s.l., covers 21 hectares and has a history dating back to 1900.
Finca San Agustín grows Arabica coffee, including Bourbon, Catuaí and Gesha, fully shade-grown and selectively hand-picked between February and April. The farm works with washed, natural and honey processes, as well as traditional and anaerobic fermentation.
The farm is connected to Volcano Coffee and producer Juan Miguel Soberanis, an agronomist specialized in coffee. Their work focuses on traceability, sustainability, transparent pricing, direct trade and long-term relationships with roasters.
Finca San Agustín has participated in Cup of Excellence and achieved fifth place in the 2026 regional quality competition of Antigua Guatemala. It is also part of APCA, the association of genuine Antigua coffee producers.
